Upon graduating, Jason transitioned his leadership skills into the fitness industry. From 1994 to 1999, he served as General Manager and Regional Director for American Club System, overseeing facilities across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. His tenure was marked by operational excellence and strategic growth, helping the company expand its footprint in the Southeastern United States.General Manager, LA Fitness (1996-2006)
Concurrently, Jason took on a pivotal role as General Manager for LA Fitness, managing multiple clubs in Arizona, Florida, and Georgia. Throughout his career in fitness management, Jason has remained deeply connected to the sport of racquetball. As a member of the U.S. National Team, he has represented the country with pride, competing at the highest levels and inspiring the next generation of racquetball players. In addition to this, Jason is assisting the efforts of NuVo to grow the great game of racquetball across the world. In his role as VP Club Development, he is leading in growing the game down to every city in every country across the world.
